Private Training & Personal Programming

Anthony provides unique training and physical development for individuals or groups based on methodology learnt from a decade of performance and movement practices .

Using the knowledge and experience accumulated from his varied background, Anthony has been applying all the necessary strategies to help individuals achieve their physical goals.

Training is usually focused on developing basic attributes of strength, range of motion and coordination. This creates suitable foundations for anyone who may be interested into taking their training further into realms such as dance, acrobatic and circus movement systems.


PErsonalised Programming

Suitable for those interested in a detailed approach to what they should do daily to help achieve their physical goals. After the initial screening, there will be an initial face to face consult to test movements for better program accuracy.
A follow-up email will be sent detailing your exercises, generally for 6-8 weeks or until you are no longer making progress and another face to face is needed.
